"[Victim] neighbor's home security cameras showed that at 8:53 am EST on December 14, 2022 a maroon Ford Fusion drove up to the mailbox and hung the bag on it, quickly driving off."

"[Victim] called the Madison County Sheriff's Office to report the incident. Officer Avery Clark informed that he did not believe a crime was committed and offered to throw away the bag."

"Local sources familiar with the far right in the area quickly identified [Accused] as a known neo-nazi in the area who drives a car that matches this description. [Accused] has been previously documented by anonymous antifascists online."
