Free Trial Archive Access?
Good readers, paid and free, pro and con, curious and affronted…
Did you know there are now a couple hundred of us within the sound of my voice?
That’s not too shabby!
There is a fascinating cross-section of historians and academians, 1488ers and New Rightists, students of the occult and the occasional lookie-Lou who Bing’ed the name William Dudley Pelley after an episode of the Ultra podcast.
I’m sure you’ve all found things here that you would never have found elsewhere.
I suffered a fit of paranoia a few months back and shut down free subscriptions. Not because I was anxious to mine my own writings for money, though that has been a welcome side-effect. The dox-hounds and tire-slashers were after me.
So, we have the more Vigilant and less free version of American Archvillain since February ‘23.
HOWEVER, and as I have a moment, I welcome individual requests for full access for nothing… on a 30-day trial basis. I will attempt to vet these requests, so anything coherent you can say about your interest in a paragraph or two will help. Keep your anonymity, I don’t mind. But a convincing note about what you would hope to find if granted access to the archives should be enough.
Reply to the email delivery of this posting or write to Archvillain@SubStack.com with “Free Access” in the subject line and I will quite likely oblige.
Sharing of links to things you find of interest is strongly encouraged.
Ever Onward!
